I started this project around two years ago. Unfinished photo was where I had to stop when I severely injured my hand. 5 surgeries and 20 months later I tried to finish it but all the colors were dried out.
I contacted this wonderful company and they were able to pull up the order and send me a complete color set which arrived almost a week ahead of the scheduled delivery date. My goal was to be done before Halloween. The finished picture is from yesterday.
I can’t thank you enough. I thought I had a ruined project, I now have something to hang.

The colors are totally off. My daughters have no red or black in their hair. There is no reddish appearance to their hair in the photo, but the “brown” paints provided look red and absolutely ridiculous on this picture
The container was open when I received it. The paint is completely dried up. I low have to go to my local craft store and try to find a close replacement
I was pleased with the end result. A few of the paints streaked and needed an additional coat. This seems to be a common problem with all PBN kits. I appreciated the reference sheet. It was very helpful with all the Browns in this one
The only complaint I have is about the paint. I wondered if you have added a gel thinner to your paints? It seems like some are so thin that they don’t cover the numbers or lines well, even using the cover stick. I had to go over several of the areas at least twice to cover the area well.
This was three of three 60 x 75 cm 48 color HY 8020 6075 48 SE. This was a challenge as long skinny lines to paint. I needed to thin the number 6 color to finish that number. The creases in the canvas never went away.
I am looking for my next project
It seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but ended up being manageable. I’ve been an artist for decades, but never thought I’d try “paint by numbers”. It was fun and the fact that it was from an actual favorite picture made it a special gift for my wife.
