Production time varies by kit. Custom photo kits take longer than standard designs. We recommend ordering time-sensitive gifts at least 14–20 days in advance.

Frames are optional add-ons unless stated otherwise. The canvas is pre-printed and ready to paint—no priming needed. Let your finished painting dry fully before framing.
Our acrylic paints are water-based and non-toxic. Keep lids closed between uses, store at room temperature, and rinse brushes with water. For kids, supervise painting and avoid ingestion.
Unopened standard kits are eligible for returns within 30 days. Custom photo kits are made-to-order and not returnable, but we’ll fix any defects or missing parts promptly. Contact us and we’ll help.
