I love the product but I had trouble with the very small sections to paint and I couldn’t see the numbers on the canvas or the paper print.
I have no idea what the Sherlock thing is.
But all in all I am VERY IMPRESSED with the quality and detail. Can’t wait to try another one.

I have not been able to start the painting yet. The canvas is not tight on the frame. So it's going to have to be removed and retightened, also from top to bottom down the middle, there is some kind of a mark on it. Hoping I can find somebody to tighten the canvas on the frame which will have to be removed and then reput on and that'll take care of the mark down the middle, other issue. As I did not get any instructions with this. Pretty sad

It would have been nice to get some instructions like what is the pen used for? What are the little sticky numbers? My paintings does not fit on the stand and there is not anything hard to hold it up. I will let you know how it turns out.

You should make frames available for every painting as trying to do it yourself results (adjhering them to a mounting board) in errors and result in wasting paintings and time. Personally, I do not purchase any painting that does not offer a frame.

The pictures you show on the web are misleading because they show a frame around the borders. I will not deal with a company that uses a false means to sell their product nor will I recommend this company to my senior citizen painting classes. I hope word gets out throughout Bucks County PA seniors about your deception.

I did not like that the picture did not come in a framed frame. It came in pieces and I had to put it together as well as the canvas. Not an easy task. The paints and brushes are good though.

The image is beautiful! Slightly more complex than expected. Some areas so small that it can be very difficult. Left off one star because description is unclear regarding the “frame”. To me, a frame goes on the outside of canvas. Stretchers support the canvas underneath. Ordered without frame. Had to order the “frame” after receiving canvas. Turns out the “frame” is actually the stretchers. Took weeks to arrive. Please change your description.

Because it was folded I had a line in the middle. I was able to iron it out mostly, but it is still a bit faint.
Hopefully when painted, it will not be noticeable.
